I've got; 'the Making of The African Queen' too, haven't opened it yet though...
Thanks to Sheila's magnificent summary and review, I can put it at the bottom of the pile for when the work dries up and the kids leave home. I shall look forward to the day I can crack it open though with a large whisky sour and the telephone off the hook.
Thanks for that, it's already at the bottom of a pile, but with Autumn here I feel like hibernating, watching lots of films and have yet to actually even see 'The African Queen' although I do have the DVD somewhere...
By the way, I like your blog and I didn't think there were too many UK based film bloggers so good on ya!
