I'm not going to witter on. This really is just a page of links for me to check out when I have some spare time. This Wikipedia page links to Arch Oboler's plays - though I haven't actually had a chance to listen to them (I'm decorating today as well as cleaning house in preparation for the in-laws arriving tomorrow.)
